“Arniston Ltd. (“Snugg”) requests your consent to access, store and process your energy consumption, export, and tariff information. If you agree to these terms and conditions, Snugg will request the following information from your smart meter on a monthly or more frequent basis:
i.Energy consumption & export information for both gas and electricity, where both are available.
ii.Energy tariff information containing information on the price you are charged for the energy you consume.
iii.Information identifying your smart meter, for example, your smart meter number, location, and the type of smart meter you have.
Snugg provides a number of services, including the collection of energy data to inform home improvement decisions, monitor energy consumption, and enable participation in Snugg’s Verified Carbon Standard project registered with Verra. The granularity of energy data collection can be up to 30-minute intervals. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@airahome.com or hello@snugg.com. In the event you withdraw consent, Snugg will stop collecting your data within 72 hours of your email requesting Snugg disconnect your smart meter.
In the event you move home or the details of the billpayer change, you must ensure you notify Snugg immediately by emailing the following email addresses: support@airahome.com or hello@snugg.com.
Following your consent being withdrawn, Snugg will stop collecting your smart meter data within 72 hours. Please refer to Snugg’s privacy notice (https://www.snugg.com/privacy-policy) for further information on how Snugg processes your data.
In order to monetize the emission reductions resulting from your energy efficiency improvements, we need to have access to your smart meter data for the duration of the period during which you will benefit from your Installer maintaining and servicing your installation free of charge.
Snugg will revalidate your consent every 9 years from the date of your original consent to ensure you still consent to Snugg accessing the smart meter data referred to at (i), (ii) and (iii) above. In the event you do not revalidate your consent, Snugg will consider your consent withdrawn, resulting in Snugg stopping collecting your data within 72 hours of the expiry of consent.
n3rgy data service (https://n3rgy.com) is used by Snugg to interface with the national smart meter systems in order to collect, store, manage and share with Snugg your Smart Meter data. This service uses the Smart Energy Code (https://smartenergycodecompany.co.uk/ ) Party credentials and Party ID of N3RGY LIMITED, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with the company number 11712674 whose registered office is at Prennau House, Copse Walk, Pontprennau, Cardiff, Wales CF23 8XH.”
